To suit your travel schedule, our quad bike riding give you the chance to join them when you like. For your reservation to be confirmed, you must give us the following details:

● Your First Name and Last Name
● Chosen Tour Date and Time
● How many visitors attend the event
● You can choose a Tour Package.
● Please give us your hotel’s name for any pick-and-drop service you order
● Having a UAE phone number is important (for easier organization)

Don’t worry if you’re not from the UAE. No problem!
Being on WhatsApp is easier, as you can give out your phone number instead.
Should you be without a mobile phone, please give our driver your room number and the name of your hotel, so he can reach you through the reception desk..

We give you a range of payment options so you can enjoy our experience without hassle.

● Deposit payment into the merchant’s account online or with your card ahead of time
● Cash will be accepted the day of the tour
● It’s fine to pay for your trip using ATM cards or portals online before you travel. You will be charged 5% if you pay by ATM or bank transfer.

If you don’t want to pay extra, cash is accepted for the tour at the time of pickup.

We accept a wide range of currencies to accommodate travelers from around the world:

• AED – Emirati Dirham (local currency)
• USD – US Dollar
• EUR – Euro
• GBP – British Pound
• AUD – Australian Dollar
• SAR – Saudi Riyal

Please note:
If you’re paying in a currency other than AED, the prevailing exchange rate will apply at the time of payment.

• Guests are expected to benefit from our easy and fair rules when cancelling their booking.
• If you notify us up to 24 hours ahead of the tour, you will get a full refund.
• There is a full charge whenever a cancellation is made within 24 hours or if a student does not attend.
• Refunds will be sent back to the account that was used for the first booking.
• Occasionally, we may change or cancel the tour at short notice when sandstorms or other bad weather occur. After that, you will be able to reschedule your concerts or get your full money back.
• Refunding can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days and the time depends on what your bank allows.

To ensure smooth and timely pickup from your location, please share the following:

• Your Hotel Name (mandatory for pick-and-drop services)
• UAE Mobile Number
  OR
• WhatsApp Contact Number (if you don’t have a UAE number)

Not carrying a phone?
No worries — just share your hotel room number, and our driver will contact you through the hotel reception.

This helps us communicate any changes to your tour, especially in the event of delays or weather-related rescheduling.
